I am now very seriously on a mission to walk all 214 Wainwright Fells. For more information on A.W. please have a look at the Society web site.
I should point out that although doing these 214 fells is now really important to me, I do at times scream out loud at some of his omissions and additions. It's a personal thing, and I won't allow anyone to tell me that his guy has the final word concerning places to walk in the lakes. So far my biggest gripe is the omission of Ill Crag, (Nr Scafell Pike), which for me has one of the most amazing views any where in the lakes.

NEWS UPDATE

I have been trying for a long time to come up with a way of showing all the walks I have done. I did have the seven fell regions listed, and then when you hit the link for one you got a full list of every fell within that region.
It was however an aweful lot of work, hours and hours, and each time I did a walk it meant me having to edit sometimes 30 pages at a time. I have now uploaded the Cenral Fells list, with its pages and they should work fine. The REST OF THE REGION PAGES MAY NOT WORK RIGHT.
I will work on this off line, and let you know when each fell listing is finished. Thanks for your patience.
